By accessing or using www.sufibox.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Coupon Terms, Wallet Terms, and Reward Program Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About SufiBox

SufiBox is an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent selling partners (“Sellers”) offering authentic and halal Islamic products, and also directly fulfils select products under our “Fulfilled by SufiBox” (FBS) program. For Seller-listed products, SufiBox acts as an intermediary/marketplace facilitator and is not the manufacturer or seller of record unless explicitly stated on the product page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to register an account and place orders on the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• SufiBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Product Listings and Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing, but do not warrant that all listing information is error-free, complete, or current. For marketplace (Seller-Fulfilled) listings, the Seller is solely responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, halal/authenticity claims, and compliance with applicable law. Actual colours, sizes, and packaging may vary slightly from images shown. SufiBox reserves the right to correct listing or pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an erroneous price, with a full refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the contract of sale is formed only upon our order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or a violation of these Terms. For marketplace listings, the underlying contract of sale is between you and the Seller; SufiBox facilitates the transaction, payment collection, and logistics.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and indicate applicable taxes at checkout. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, Pay Later, QR code payments, and Cash on Delivery, where enabled for a given order. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; SufiBox does not store your full card details. Where a payment is debited but an order fails to confirm, any applicable refund will be processed per our Refund Policy timelines.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. SufiBox is not liable for delays caused by our logistics partners, force majeure events, or incorrect address information provided by you.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Certain products — including personalized/customized gift items, perishable goods (such as dates or food products), and opened fragrance or attar products — may be non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons, as indicated on the relevant product page.

9. Gift Customization Services

For Fulfilled-by-SufiBox products, you may add a recipient name, gift message, and select a premium packaging tier. You are solely responsible for the content of any personalization you submit. SufiBox reserves the right to refuse or edit any personalization content that is offensive, unlawful, infringing, or inconsistent with our brand values, and is not liable for typographical errors in personalization text submitted by you.

10. Coupons, Referral Codes, Wallet, and Rewards

Use of promotional codes, wallet balance, and reward points is governed by our respective Coupon Terms, Wallet Terms, and Reward Program Terms. SufiBox may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional program at its discretion, and reserves the right to cancel orders or reverse rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive use of such programs.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content, including in gift messages or reviews
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or SufiBox systems
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to access the Platform without our permission
• Engage in fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or misuse of coupon, referral, or reward programs
• Impersonate any person or entity

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the SufiBox name, logo, trademarks, graphics, text, and design — is the property of SufiBox or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent. Content uploaded by Sellers remains their property; Sellers grant SufiBox a licence to display and use such content on the Platform and in our marketing.

13. Third-Party Sellers and Marketplace Disclaimer

For marketplace (Seller-Fulfilled) listings, SufiBox acts as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. We onboard and verify Sellers, but do not independently guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or halal-authenticity of Seller-Fulfilled products beyond the representations made by the Seller. Disputes regarding the quality, authenticity, or fulfilment of a Seller-Fulfilled order should first be raised through our Grievance Redressal process (Section 18); SufiBox will facilitate resolution between you and the Seller.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SufiBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, delivery delays, defects in Seller-Fulfilled products, or unauthorized access to your account, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SufiBox, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of applicable law.

16. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SufiBox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the IT Rules, 2021, grievances may be raised with:

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within one month of receipt, as prescribed under applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Grievance Redressal process above, the courts at [PLACEHOLDER — City, e.g., Mumbai] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

19. Force Majeure

SufiBox is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government action, internet or network failures, or disruptions to our logistics partners.

20. Amendment of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SufiBox regarding your use of the Platform.
